("Litvue", "we", "our", or "us") and its affiliates (e.g., our vendors or providers) with respect to your use of our website, litvue.com (the “Website”) and our application (or "Litvue App" or “App”), features, technologies and functionalities (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.  Please do not use the Litvue App, Website or Services, if you are less than 18 years old.

Personal Information does not include information that is anonymous, aggregated, or can no longer be used to identify you as an individual. We may also collect Personal Information about you through applications or other forms, transactions with us and our vendors, from other third parties, including identification verification providers and through your use of the Services, including through cookies that can help identify you. This policy does not apply to how such Billers may collect, use, disclose or protect such Personal Information, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of Billers or other third parties, except as required by law. If you leave a comment on a blog, provide a testimonial on this site, report bugs or fixes, provide feature requests, or other feedback and suggestions to Litvue ("Feedback") you should be aware that any Personal Information you submit can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages.  Litvue may use the Feedback without any compensation, notice or attribution to you and will own all intellectual property rights in such Feedback. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Website or use the Services. Please note that these companies may use non-Personal Information about your visit to this Website or use of the Services in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you.
